A blend of the new variety "Sakimidori" from Minamiyamashiro-mura
in Kyoto Prefecture and "Yabukita" from Wazuka-cho.

A farmer in Minamiyamashiro-mura Village picked the tea by covering
a few suitable trees that were only a few years old.
As a result, the moderate sweetness lasts for two or three times.

To avoid a bland taste, the tea is blended with "Yabukita" from Wazuka Town,
and heat-treated to give it an excellent aroma and taste.
