原料には最高級碾茶に使用する品種「あさひ」や玉露の奨励品種「ごこう」など
京都特有の個性的な品種茶葉を使用しています。

The tea is naturally fermented from carefully selected
tea leaves produced in Kyoto Prefecture.

The owner himself supervised the production of
this tea in Wazuka-cho, a famous tea-producing area
in the southern part of Kyoto Prefecture,
and was particular about its Kyoto-like character.
It is an original black tea with a refreshing sweet taste.

The ingredients are made from unique varieties of tea leaves
unique to Kyoto, such as "Asahi," a variety used for the highest grade of Tencha,
and "Gokou," a variety promoted for Gyokuro.

Hot water: 250cc at 95°C
